New Crew on Board
DGB welcomes new staff members
It has been a busy few months for DGB moving to new premises and bringing on board new team members.
We welcome to the team Jenny Smith who qualified as a solicitor at a top 50 UK law firm. With almost 5 years’ experience of working on Employers Liability and Public Liability cases, Jenny has worked for insured clients ranging from SMEs to household names and from small claims to catastrophic injury levels. In her spare time Jenny enjoys cooking although, in her own words, “not always successfully!” book clubs, and looking after her 7 guinea pigs!
“Serdecznie Witam” (a warm welcome in Polish) also to Ewelina Dudek-Konieczny
our Polish translator & outdoor clerk based in London. Ewelina comes from Upper Silesia in the south of Poland and known as the industrial heart. She worked in Poland as a medical translator so is perfectly suited to the investigation of personal injury claims.
Ewelina came to visit Britain over 11 year ago and made the big decision to stay in Britain. For the last 6 years she has worked as a professional interpreter and intends to study the GDL Law course to qualify as a lawyer.
We are so glad Ewelina made the decision to stay; she has already proved to be a great asset to the DGB team with the increasing number of Polish speaking witnesses that we are interviewing. She is also finding her way around the Royal Courts of Justice as our outdoor clerk.
