DGB Solicitors' Seminar - 19 May 2011
Building on the success of last year’s seminar Quadrant Chambers have once again been kind enough to host our May Seminar which is tailored to those defending marine personal injury claims.
We are repeating the format of last year’s seminar by providing a number of short focused presentations on issues relevant to 
underwriters, their assureds, those defending personal injury claims and those who co-ordinate information for the defence of personal injury claims. The event is intended to be informal and attendees are welcome to contribute at any point.

A detailed program and booking form will be on our website shortly but it is intended that we will touch on E-Disclosure in the context of personal injury claims, Part 36 considerations, Collective Conditional Fee Agreements for Defendants, mediation by telephone and Athens Convention considerations.
