Details of DGB Solicitors’ seminar on defending marine personal injury claims are now online. We are delighted to welcome presenters Martin Cox, from Costsmanager, and Tim Wallis, mediator and Chair of the Civil Justice Council’s Dispute Resolution Committee
The seminar involves a number of focused short presentations on issues relevant to underwriters, their assureds, those who defend personal injury claims and those who co-ordinate information for the defence of personal injury claims. It is intended to be a focused and informal event where attendees can contribute and raise points with the speakers.
